Everyone learns in their own way and at their own pace. At The Leadership Catalyst, we have placed this belief at the heart of what we offer.

Having been on many courses over the years, we have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. Some people jump at the opportunity to attend a course, others slump into a pit of despair.

Our courses are different. Offered over one or two days depending on the preferred hours and the speed at which the topics are covered, we encourage thought, conversation and above all, understanding.

Structured in a way that allows the course to be tailored to the group or individual, exercises flow naturally and create an opportunity to cement knowledge and bring in skills from the day without the need for role play which is often raised as a pet hate by attendees.

Courses are available around the country for individuals and we cater for groups either at business premises or appropriate off-site locations, all included in the price.
