Onwards!

For the last 12 months, the post below was the welcome you received when visiting the site. Covid-19 is far from gone and life is far from normal but, there is more than light at the end of the tunnel and so the events of 2020 get shunted into a blog post! My mission statement is being made clearer, my purpose and goals in relation to The Leadership Catalyst are rekindled and we are about to get to it – stay tuned!

2020 – what a year. In a world where it feels everything has moved online, we have focused on what lay at the heart of our plans. The book, 10 Steps to Becoming a Great Leader always had the potential to be a stand alone piece but the goal was to use it as the backbone of a course and seminar structure which has simply not been possible this year.

With a heavy focus on communication, the interaction with people, learning from others’ experience and developing real-world skills, we have decided not to move to a digital offering and instead are focused on how we can deliver what we dreamed of in a post-Covid-19 world.

For now, we are hugely proud to have print copies of 10 Steps to Becoming a Great Leader available for sale with free UK delivery for a limited time. Below are a few of the comments received about the book so far and if you want to pick up a copy, head over to the shop page.

What will the future hold? If only we knew!
